LG V20 Launched in India with assured Buyback from Amazon
LG V20 Launched in India with assured Buyback from Amazon LG V20 this is LG’s big flagship for second half of 2016. Successor to V10 but completely re-designed to a new look which is very similar to G5 than V10.
Is it worth a buy given the expensive price tag INR 54,990.00 ? Lets find out if the assured buyback of INR 20,000 is worth a good deal.
Design V20 carried mostly metal design with premium build quality, poly-carbonate on top and bottom. It’s among the nice looking phone out in the market. It carries MIL-STD-810G rating that makes it extremely durable against shocks and drops fitted into it’s design making it unique among the competition for people who are a bit less careful!
Button at back for access to battery 3200 Mah (that would last at least a day), Sim and SD card, trademark of LG for a removable battery.
It still carries an IR blaster, rarity in the current market. Volume keys have now moved to the more traditional spot on the sides. Power button also acts as a fingerprint sensor sitting at the back.
Specifications Its doesn’t carry the latest 821 but the 820 Snapdragon sitting along the Adreno 530 and 4GB RAM, it’s not the latest specs that we see among the Oneplus 3T or Google Pixel however the performazce is smoother. The only difference you may feel would be in high end Gaming.
Sound Headphone jack, carries single speaker – however, its among the best single speakers in the market. Quad DAC built in for a higher quality audio with better dynamic range and lesser noise. The software package provides control over Right-Left and audio tuning done by LG. It’s also capable of recording high quality audio, the built in HD recorder enables you to record audio in 24 bit files, you can also record in noisy environment in concerts, without the audio distorted.
Display It comes in 2 displays, 5.7″ IPS LCD with Quad HD resolution of 2560*1440, has better visibility outdoors with good viewing angles. High pixel density and brightness make it a premium looking display.
Android It comes with Google Android Nougat 7 out of the box which is impressive. So it carries almost all features of Android Nougat with System UI tuner seen missing topped by LG’s custom skin-Interface.
Camera It carries 2 cameras at the back with 16MP F-1.8 with OIS and 8MP f-2.4, the wide angle lens is perfect for landscapes where you can fit a lot into the picture. The manual controls baked into it makes it fun to use.It can record in 4K as well.
Although it’s not carrying the 6GB RAM and 821 Snapdragon, however along with the premium built quality and military protection, it carries the most features we look for in a premium smartphone with, the only backdrop for me would be the price tag to give it a second though among the competition. However the assured buyback may be great for some given the INR 20,000 as an amount.
